We are a non-profit organization with a singular focus: to bring a message of hope and resilience to students across the nation. Through our efforts, we aim to empower the next generation to face life's challenges head-on and emerge victorious, ready to make a positive impact on the world.
Josiah is a remarkable leader, devoted husband, and inspiring overcomer. A 2007 graduate of Vallivue High School, his life changed dramatically two months later when a car accident left him a quadriplegic. With unwavering faith and strong family support, Josiah has faced this challenge without succumbing to depression. He demonstrates daily that life’s obstacles are meant to be overcome.
Josiah excelled in wheelchair rugby, known as “murderball,” and has coached high school lacrosse for five years at Vallivue. He graduated from Boise State University in May 2014 with a B.B.A. in Finance. Currently, he works at Amazon, appreciating the flexible schedule that allows him to balance work, family time, and motivational speaking engagements.
As a motivational speaker, Josiah shares his story of hope and resilience nationwide, inspiring audiences of all ages to face their challenges with courage. His dedication to making a positive impact is evident in his ability to connect with and inspire others. Above all, Josiah is a devoted husband and loving father to four children. His journey from adversity to triumph serves as a beacon of hope, showing that with faith, support, and determination, anything is possible.
